Senior Policy Officer at the Western Australian Mental Health Commission

Ebony is a Senior Policy Officer at the Western Australian Mental Health Commission (WAMHC) within the Planning, Policy and Strategy directorate where she is responsible for the development and implementation of a number of state-wide strategic documents. This work aims to improve health outcomes, prevent harm, and ensure there is an appropriately skilled workforce for people with mental health, alcohol and other drug-related issues.
Throughout her degree in Health Promotion and her employment in various roles within campaign development, liquor licensing and drug and alcohol policy teams, Ebony has developed a strong interest in promoting mental health and preventing mental illness.
