Jo Sharpe
Jo is the NSW Manager of Clinical Measurement and Benchmarking with NSW Health, she has experience leading safety and quality projects in the mental health sector

Jo is the NSW Manager Clinical Measurement and Benchmarking with the System Information and Analytics Branch of NSW Health. In her current role Jo oversees programs of work to engage clinicians using data to inform their practice. These include clinical benchmarking, outcome measures, seclusion and restraint data collection, and experience of care measurement. Jo started her career as an Occupational Therapist working in mental health, moving into project roles, before joining the System Information and Analytics Branch in 2011. Jo also has experience in leading safety and quality projects in the mental health sector. In 2017 she was a Consultant for the NSW Review of seclusion, restraint and observation of consumers with a mental illness in NSW Health facilities, initiated by the NSW Ministers for Health and Mental Health. Jo is passionate about improving mental health services. In her spare time, Jo enjoys travel, music and the calming effect of a session of quilting.
