Principal Policy Officer at the Western Australian Mental Health Commission with a Degree in Economics and a Degree in Politics and International trade
Louise is a Principal Policy Officer at the Western Australian Mental Health Commission (WAMHC) within the Planning, Policy and Strategy directorate where she is responsible for the development and implementation of a number of state wide strategic documents, programs and reforms. Her work at the WAMHC, aims to improve the overall health and wellbeing of all West Australians. Louise is also a keen 800m athlete and she uses her knowledge in the mental health sector to funnel through her work in Athletics in Australia. Louise applied for the Fellowship to build on her leadership skills and take her experiences back to her role in the WAMHC and athletics to assist in improving the overall mental health and wellbeing of all West Australians.
