Jenna Bottrell
Works with Mission Australia in Far West NSW

Jenna has worked with Mission Australia in Far West NSW for the last 7 years. She first started with Mission Australia as a volunteer before gaining a traineeship as a youth worker then worked as a disability case manager. Currently, Jenna is the Program Manager for a range of Family and Mental Health Programs across the Far West region. These roles have cemented her passion for mental health.
Jenna is committed to delivering quality, culturally sensitive, person-centred support services and improving mental health outcomes for the community. She is passionate about promoting peer work and the positive effects that a shared journey has on people’s recovery. Jenna considers being able to walk alongside others in their journey and advocate for people the best part of her job. She applied for The Fellowship to further develop her leadership skills and to be a voice for the rural and remote areas of Far West NSW.
