Strategic Project Coordinator at Murray PHN
Jo is a Strategic Project Coordinator at Murray Primary Health Network (PHN). She provides strategic input to two Partners in Recovery programs, developing a consumer and carer engagement framework and coordinating the stop mental illness stigma project. Jo specialises in developing financial and service delivery models, transitioning clients to the NDIS and providing the mental health consumer perspective.
In addition to her role at Murray PHN, Jo is also a mental health consumer representative at the local, state and national level, and has been involved in projects such as the development of the national mental health digital gateway. Jo uses her experience of living with a mental illness to advocate for improvements in the mental health system and promote the importance of consumer and carer participation in mental health service delivery.
Jo will use her participation in the Fellowship to further her role as a leader in mental health, with improved skills, enhanced networks, and greater knowledge.
