Matthew Halpin
Lived Experience Workforce Coordinator for Central Adelaide LHN

Matthew has worked in mental health since 2005 and has been a leader in the Peer Work movement within South Australia. He is currently the Lived Experience Workforce Coordinator for Central Adelaide Local Health Network. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer within the School of Nursing at the University of South Australia, has a degree in psychology and has studied mental health, management and education.
Through the Fellowship, Matthew hopes to further develop his leadership skills, meet like-minded leaders and look at new and innovative ways to work together across mental health services and the broader community to improve the experience of people living with mental illness.
