Scientist passionate about mindfulness and wellbeing
Stephanie is a scientist in the public health system, as well as a practitioner of mindfulness and spiritual care. She is an ambassador for Gross National Happiness, a socially, environmentally and economically sustainable development paradigm. She believes there needs to be a deep shift in how we, as a society, view our health and wellbeing. If we can get in touch with our inner selves and our highest values, we create resilience, happiness and good mental health and wellbeing for ourselves.
Stephanie is also involved in a Compassion Walk as part of Compassionate Ballarat - a group connected to the global Compassionate Cities movement. Their work aims to bring the community together to raise awareness on how compassion boosts wellbeing, promotes psychological safety, and heals and empowers people.
