Zachary Carter
Passionate about the state of Tasmania and its people

Zac is from the North-West coast of Tasmania. He works and volunteers in his community and has a strong passion for his State and its people. Zac is currently working as a Partners in Recovery Support Coordinator for Richmond Fellowship Tasmania, supporting people with severe and persistent mental illness and complex needs access appropriate supports.
He takes a holistic solution focused approach when working with individuals and communities to work alongside them to build upon their strengths. Zac applied for the Fellowship after identifying some cultural and systemic issues locally and nationally. He wants to be a part of creating positive, meaningful and long-lasting improvement to the mental health outcomes of all Australians. He hopes, with support and learnings from the Fellowship, this dream can be realised.
