Anne Duff
Member Wellbeing Advisor for the Country Fire Authority

Anne is a Member Wellbeing Advisor at Country Fire Authority (CFA) working with volunteers and staff members across South East Victoria to support positive mental health and wellbeing. With undergraduate qualifications in physical health care, and a master of counselling and psychotherapy, she is passionate about giving mental health equal consideration with physical wellness, and acknowledging the impacts of physical and emotional trauma. Anne has a background in community mental health care prior to moving to CFA to work with first responders and the people who support them. These experiences have given her an appreciation of the need for person-centred support and early intervention at all points on the mental health continuum. She hopes that the Fellowship will provide strategies to better embed mental wellbeing within a contemporary and evolving fire service.
