Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. The National Mental Health Commission (the Commission) is seeking feedback from mental health consumers and carers on their experiences of mental health services in the past 12 months.

The annual consumer and carer survey helps inform reporting on the progress of mental health and suicide prevention reform in Australia, specifically the Fifth National Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Plan. Your insights are critical in driving sustainable reform of the mental health system and delivering care that suits the needs of Australians.
