Declarations of conflicts of interest by National Mental Health Commission Commissioners. Specifically:

  • The declarations of conflicts of interest forms/dualities and conflicts of interest forms, that were signed by the members of the National Mental Health Commission prior to their appointment; and
  • Any other documents (including email, letters or phone notes resulting from conversations relating to the declaration of potential conflicts of interest with the members of the National Mental Health Commission) that were generated as a result of the members declaring any conflicts of interest they may have.

On 19 April 2012 the scope of request was refined to mean documents in existence after the Commission’s establishment on 1 January 2012.

  10. Email from Commissioner Webster in response to a staff member of the NMHC regarding declaration of interests
  11. Email from the office of Commissioner Hickie in response to a staff member of the NMHC regarding declaration of interests
  12. Email from Commissioner Bicknell in response to a staff member of the NMHC regarding declaration of interests
