National Report Card 2025 brings together information about mental health outcomes, the factors that affect wellbeing, and the services that support people with mental health challenges.

The National Mental Health Commission’s National Report Card 2025 tracks how Australia’s mental health system is performing. It is the third report to use this framework and shows how key measures are changing over time using the latest national survey and government data. This edition also includes an updated Domain 3: Mental Health System. 

The National Report Card 2025 is complemented by the National Report Card 2025: Environmental Scan. A National Report Card 2025 Technical Report will be released soon.
