Mindframe initiative vital in supporting responsible reporting of mental illness and suicide

The National Mental Health Commission reiterates its support for the Mindframe National Media Initiative and its role in supporting the responsible reporting of mental illness and suicide in Australia.

Mindframe provides access to up-to-date, evidence-based information to support the reporting, portrayal and communication about suicide and mental illness. More information, including resources for the media can be found at: https://mindframe.org.au/industry-hubs/for-media

Late last year Mindframe also officially launched its very first app for media professionals. The app can be used both off and online and is available for both iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices.
